Stay in this stunning, modern, radiant bungalow home located 5 mins from Atlanta Airport. This home is fully renovated with brand new modern furnitures and decors purchased June 2021 and smart TVs in all bedrooms and both living rooms.
My home is 10-15 mins drive to Coca-Cola Museum, Sunburst Park, Six flags, CNN, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes- Benz Stadium, Buckhead, Tyler Perry Studios, Downtown & Midtown.
This beautiful exquisite bungalow home has 3 levels. On the first level you will find your own private oasis with a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and own private entrance. There is a living room off the bedroom to relax , unwind and watch TV on the 55 inches Samsung smart TV. There is also a 55 inch smart TV in the bedroom. The laundry room is located on this level with brand new washer and dryer purchased June 2021.
On the main level, you will find 2 large bedrooms with new modern queen beds and 43 inches smart TV in each room. There is a sitting area and off to the left is a large living room with modern decors, oversized luxurious leather sectional sofa with modern floor to ceiling tile fireplace with 65 inch smart Samsung TV mounted on the wall. Off the living room is a separate office space with a computer/writing desk, modern beautiful chair with office supplies. Games, chess, and reading books are also found in that area.
Then we enter into the open, modern, renovated kitchen with white shaker cabinets and granite countertops. This is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials a chef will need to cook up a yummy family meal.!
Off the kitchen is a modern dinning room with a fully equipped bar to store all of your wines, spirits and beers. Wine, martini and shout glasses are provided with games for a fun filled night with family and friends.
On the top level is 2 twin beds with its own ac unit. There is also a brand new smart TV in this room.
We follow strict COVID-19 cleaning procedures that includes disinfecting all surfaces. Safety is my #1 priority, so lysol wipes, lysol sprays, hand sanitizer and COVID-19 wipes are located at the entrance, all bathroom and kitchen for your use.
