Beautiful and very spacious Mediterranean style house on a quiet, tree-lined street. Built in 2009, 2426 Square Feet with a large private rooftop overlooking the ocean. All 3 bedrooms with King beds. Our guests especially appreciated the spaces between the bedrooms to allow for privacy. Central air conditioning cools/heats the entire house. Only a few blocks away from beach and located in designated quiet zone. Walking distance to beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Ideal for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or traveling professionals. All bedrooms are space out to allow privacy. Splendid Ocean views from bedrooms and rooftop. Short drive to Carlsbad, Camp Pendleton, Orange County, and Downtown San Diego..
Large private rooftop terrace just for the guests! The view is breathtaking. The rooftop has a dining table for eight, two loungers with Sunbella cushions, bar height table, and a large umbrella.
3 King Beds + two Sofa Beds. Two out of three bedrooms are en-suites. Two out of three bedrooms have their own terraces with direct views of the Pacific Ocean. Two-car garage has new epoxy floor making it an extra space for play, gathering, or storage. Water filtration system provides high quality drinking water for the whole house.
