We provide lots of kitchen essentials. Plus we supple one Set of Golf Clubs and Pickle Ball Rackets / Balls. Plenty of room to spread in this house with living room, large den, formal dining area, eat-in kitchen looking out at pool. Den with 56" Smart HDTV seats 8. Smart Televisions in all bedrooms and den. We supply one set of Gold Clubs and Pickle Ball Rackets/Balls. Our home is 2650 sq ft with a Great layout for privacy and easy access to pool deck (four entrances - we are close to Disney World Resort, attractions, highways, restaurants, grocery shopping etc. House is immaculate - Our home has one the best floor plans in the entire community. Nice yard area on golf course. Very convenient to highway and close to theme parks. Great for walking and bike riding. As the homeowners we have high standards and continue to improve our house yearly. Every guest has given us 5* reviews. If you want a clean, well maintained, safe beautiful home for your family vacation you won’t find any better. This is a family neighborhood- we are one of the few rental homes. Ridgewood is one of the nicest communities in the Orlando area and it's easy and convenient - gated for your security and entire community is beautiful -you will love being there.........Ridgewood Lakes is off Hwy 27 and just 2 miles from I-4. Located on a 18 Hole championship golf course with practice facilities, pro shop and restaurant. Tennis courts, Pickle-ball Courts, lakes, playground and community heated pool. Plenty of restaurants nearby without having to go into the Disney complex.
Grocery, pharmacies, movie theater, shopping and convenience stores are minutes away. There is a shopping complex nearby, Posner Park with Dicks Sporting Goods, JC Penny, Target, Ross, Best Buy and Staples. Restaurants range from Pizza to nice dining locations and a 10 screen Movie Theater.
Our Property Manager is available to serve your needs. We use a local rental company and will make the arrangements for you. We provide tennis, pickle ball equipment and a set of golf clubs for your use. We welcome children (It's Disney County). Our goal is for you and your family to have the best vacation possible. The pool is 6 ft. deep in parts and there are 4 direct access sliders or doors to the pool which are alarmed so if young kids aren't swimmers caution is recommended.
