This beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, Den and 2 Bath, single level house is 5 minute walk to the world famous Fountain Park. NO shared walls on either side of the house and adesignated parking spaces.
Across the street you will find the park with shopping and resturants all walking distance. Safeway, Ace, Walgreens, Bank, Starbucks, restaurants and shopping all within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The post office, library, museum and Fountain Park are half a block walk away.
Our complex has community pool & hot tub. The pool deck has umbrella tables, lounge chairs and covered pergola for relaxing in the sun or shade.
