Located minutes from the Air Force Academy's North Gate and some of the best family fun in Colorado Springs (Top Golf, Overdrive Raceway, AirCity 360 and more!) This BnB is the basement level apartment of a 2 floor house featuring 3 bedrooms, living room, laundry room, and back yard patio. Located in a quiet neighborhood with street parking. CLOSE and Easy access to I-25!
This is a shared house with an Airbnb on the top level and a separate private Airbnb on the bottom [basement] level. The basement guests [this unit] will park on the street and use the side gate to access the basement from the side and back yard. The upstairs guests will park in the driveway and use the front door to access their unit. Please know there is a likelihood that you will hear the other guests upstairs, with this being said, please be cognisant that they may also hear you from upstairs.
The entire basement level is for you, with a private entrance, and your own parking [along the street]. Please do not block the driveway.
The neighborhood is quiet and very close to some of the funnest things to do in Colorado Springs. We really enjoy Top Golf, Overdrive Raceway, Boot Barn Hall at Bourbon Brothers, and AirCity, which is only 1 mile away. The North Entrance to the Air Force Academy is only 1.6 miles away so you can easily enjoy football games and watch the cadets fly gliders.
This is a residential neighborhood with many families, so please be careful of children playing on/near the street.

Interstate-25 is only 1 mile away which will quickly get you to downtown Colorado Springs.
We highly recommend checking out the U.S. Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and Pikes Peak (all within a 30-minute drive)

-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damage items: charged at replacement value
