Built in 1918, this elegant house is beautifully maintained & newly upgraded with traditional elements intact. Timeless entryway & stairs, classic oak flooring and crown molding, you will be immediately embraced by the charm of this place. Relax and enjoy your favorite books in the rocking chair by the beautiful fireplace w/built-in shelves, no more stress from your long travel. Spacious living room on the main floor with French doors to covered balcony. Kitchen is perfect for serious cook w/gas cooktop, great storage, island work surface. Large dining room with stunning crystal chandeliers, ideal for entertaining big family and groups. 3 bedrooms (including master suite) and 2 full bath on the top floor. Mater suite comes with 1 queen and 1 twin beds, perfect for parents with young kids that need accompanies at night. 2 guest bedrooms has 1 queen and 1 king for comfortable sleep. Heading to the basement, is another newly renovated bedroom with 1 king bed. Back porch leads to English gardens, alley access & garage.
Guests will have the entire home with private entrance. Guest can park in our detached covered garage (up to 2 small sedan) at the back side of the house. Street parking is also available at the front of the house. There is a storage spaces in the basement area where the owners have stored some of their belongings. We ask that you please keep from searching through or using any of the belongings in these spaces.
