The open floor plan allows for easy conversation and clean flow from the kitchen into the dining area and living room. The dining table seats up to 6. The living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors leading to the covered balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. On the balcony are 6 raised chairs and 2 tables which are perfect for entertaining as you watch the fish jump, the dolphins swim, and boats/kayaks float by. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins, manatees, birds, stingrays and ducks in their natural habitat. The kitchen has Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is equipped with dishes, glasses, mugs, cookware, dish towels, silverware/utensils, coffee maker, toaster, Bullet blender, and other small appliances. We've included some seasonings to get you started (salt, pepper, oils, oregano, basil, etc), so you don't have to go to the store for every little thing when you first arrive.
The spacious master bedroom is an en-suite that features his/hers closets, large dresser, 2 nights stands with plenty of storage, king size pillow top bed, and flat screen Smart TV where you can log into your Amazon video, Netflix accounts.
