Take your family or group of friends and have a blast in Myrtle Beach! You'll be staying in the only unit with an arcade game room! Have fun no matter what the weather brings!

*Violation will result in your loss of use of the rental unit and ejectment without refund of deposits and any paid fees.

-This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. Management reserves the right to charge an additional $250.00 fee for any necessary cleaning procedures that must be done to remove smoke odor from the premises.

-No fires unless property has a designated fire pit, use only permitted when no fire restrictions applied.

-No sitting on rails or banisters of balconies, decks or porches
-No removal of any items from the property except your personal belongings
-No moving of furniture
-Keep property doors and windows locked at all times
-No long distance phone calls or charges to the property’s phone
-Long distance phone calls will incur a charge of $10.00 plus the cost of the call, per call.
-No Pets (unless Pet addendum has been completed on applicable properties)
-All parties subject to (Title 45 - Hotels, Motels, Restaurants And Boardinghouses) Lodging Establishment Act.

Three parking passes are allowed per condo. Any vehicles beyond that will have to park on the street. It’s paid meter street parking during peak season and free street parking in the off season.
