This is a wonderful 3 Bed, 2 and a half Baths, built just few weeks ago. A huge master bedroom, containing a big walking closet and big bathtub, king bed, two nightstands, two lamps, flowers, ceiling fan,reading table/ computer desk or office settings including notepad, pen, lamp and chair, vanity area for her, and a love seat and a tea/ coffee/gossip area, a six drawer waredrob, a six drawer lingerie waredrob.
Usually guests will get to pick master bedroom first, when booking for only two guests.
But,
We respect our guests, and give them the right to choose out which room they like most.
There’s $15 additional per guests after two.
2nd Bedroom:

Second bedroom have separate closets and a shared bathroom right outside of the door.
This room contains a queen bed, two nightstands, two lamps, flowers, Study table and chair, also ceiling fan.
3rd Bedroom:

Third bedroom have separate closets and a shared bathroom right outside of the door.
This room contains a queen bed, two nightstands, two lamps, flowers, and ceiling fan.
Game room:

Huge play area with TV stand and a TV, for kids and few toys in a toy box, for our little guests.
Complimentary towels:

We provide clean toasty towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and lotion for our guests.
House Rules:

1). No smoking.
2). No outside shoes, inside the house,(bring your sleepers to ware inside).
Or, request us to bring some, if you need ).
3). No Parties! ( unless you personally spoke with the owner and paid in advance per party up to 20 people $300).(parties needs to be ended by 10:00 pm. All additional guests needs to be gone by 10:30 pm).
5). Request to respected guests, please book / send reservations request for right number of guests ( is it “one” or “five” or “ten” guest/guests).
6). The entire house booking means, the time of your rental period, we’re not going to accept anyone else.
7). Entire house means, you get the privacy for your family ( we only accept one request at a time, it could be for “one” or “ten”(just you or a big family or a group). Respecting each families privacy we like to keep other bedrooms locked than accept another family/families.
Please book right number of guests who you’re planning to come together or meet here.

We’re pet friendly, also in business.
Your pets are always welcome.
Pets only welcome down stairs.
Pets need to stay in a crate at night.
Please bring your pet crate and pet beds.
Pets are not allowed on any of the beds on downstairs either.
• Because we have other guests who might not like pets or allergic to pets.
( we can provide a crate for $5, up on guest request ).

And also please pull (when you’re going out), and push (when you’re coming in), little hard(newly constructed) to front and back doors to close correctly.

Also can bring food for guest $25 per serving of lunch and $25 for dinner.
