The main level welcomes you with a sprawling living space featuring an open concept floor plan, perfect for entertaining or relaxing together. The well-appointed kitchen boasts an extra-large refrigerator with an ice maker, a six-burner range, a drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a pantry, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Two dining areas and a generously sized living room provide ample space for gathering, while a sunroom overlooks the canal, offering a peaceful retreat for enjoying the coastal views. Additionally, a separate laundry room and half bath add convenience, and access to two decks and a grill make outdoor dining a breeze.
Retreat to the main level bedrooms, including a guest room with a twin-sized day bed and a luxurious master suite featuring a king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.
Upstairs, another spacious living room with a TV and kitchenette awaits, complete with a dishwasher, Keurig, and full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, as well as an extra dryer for beach towels. This rental includes a 4-seater golf cart. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.
