Summary: When we arrived, we were extremely happy with how beautiful and open the house was. The salt water pool and outside sitting area/landscaping was gorgeous. We enjoyed the many amenities that were available.One of the first issues we noticed when unpacking was the amount of ants in the pantries, cabinets and counters. We were actually unable to use the pantry due to the amount of ants that got into our food. Also, we were unable to walk barefoot on the back porch and had to have sandals nearby the pool because of the crazy amount of ants that were all over the outdoor rug, out door seats, and patio. We still enjoyed the pool.The next thing we noticed was that we were unable to dry our clothes because the dryer (although a very nice appliance) was giving an error. We were able to contact the manager and this problem was addressed the same day. The flusher on the toilet in the master bedroom was stuck and when opening the back tank noticed that the plastic had eroded. We called twice about this issue but it was never addressed our entire stay. We were told they came and looked at it, but it was never fixed and we had to open the tank to flush. The beds were so uncomfortable. It wasn’t mentioned in the ad that one of the bedrooms only had a day bed with a pullout twin. This was very difficult and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, never sent an email about late checkout, even though rep said we should have. Overall bugs, bad beds, broken appliances but nice pool!
