The property is located one mile from Somerset, KY at the entrance of Fishing Creek Boat Ramp which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach. This home is only minutes (2 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat docks as well as ski boat, pontoon, and jet ski rentals.
