Honeymead is a spacious three-bedroom home located in a new development on the outskirts of the north Devon market town of South Molton, just a 15-minute walk to the town centre. This holiday home is the perfect base for a family or a group of friends to come and enjoy a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Guests will be welcomed in via an entrance hall with a door through to the living room and stairs rising to the first floor. The cosy living room has plenty of light flowing in through the large bay window, comfortable seating and an electric wood burner. The living room then leads through to the kitchen/dining room, which is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. There is also a downstairs toilet and patio doors opening out into the sunny south facing garden which has outdoor seating. Heading up to the first floor, there are two well presented bedrooms and a modern family bathroom; the first with a double bed and the second with a double sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom is on the second floor with plenty of natural light and it is fitted with an en-suite shower room.
South Molton is a traditional and thriving market town situated just off the A361 within easy reach of the M5 and only some 12 miles or so from the regional centre of Barnstaple and 19 miles from Tiverton. The town has a pretty main square,The South Molton market is held every Thursday, a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs. Keen walkers should head to Exmoor National Park which is just a 20-minute drive away and the beautiful North Devon coastline is within a 30-minute drive.
Venture northand you will come across the beautiful sandy beaches at Combe Martin, Croyde and Woolacombe and a collection of pretty fishing villages and towns such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock. To the south you have the dramatic red cliffs of Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe with its pebbled beaches and Exmouth with its various watersports on offer. Other local popular attractions include Eggesford Forest, RHS Rosemoor, Castle Drogo, various National Trust properties and family theme parks such as the Milky Way, Crealey and the Big Sheep.
