This 2BR/2BA 4th floor residence offers a splendid view of Mt. Crested Butte
and the southern mountain range from floor to ceiling windows visible
throughout the airy open floorplan of the living/dining/kitchen area. Vintage
ski lodge décor and a comfy sectional sofa by the wood burning fireplace are
the focus of the living room. From the private balcony accessed by sliding
doors both in the master bedroom and the living room, you can watch friends
and family playing tennis on the private courts just across the courtyard.
Open them at night to hear the sounds of Wood Creek below. Granite countertops
add a touch of elegance to the kitchen, and there are similar touches
throughout the residence. Full laundry facilities in unit. Sleeps 6
comfortably with a King bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen bed and a set
of bunks in the guest room. A double sleeper sofa is available if you need
additional private sleeping quarters. Outdoor entry access.
Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards
from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can
hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte
Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing,

hour!). The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel style
