Este es un edificio de dos pisos de 1900 que es tradicional pero está bien mantenido. Es una construcción rectangular con un gran patio en el medio, típica vivienda de hace cien años.
El piso está en el segundo piso. Los grandes ventanales permiten que entre mucha luz natural.
Distribución:
La propiedad tiene un área de 54㎡ con 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, 1 sala de estar y 1 cocina. Sala de estar justo en la entrada, el pasillo conduce a dos dormitorios privados y tranquilos por un lado, ambos con cama doble y armario, separados por el pasillo, la cocina y el baño son espaciosos y bien equipados y puede encontrar muchas instalaciones que tu puedes necesitar.
