Comfortably furnished and contemporary, in the heart of the Costa del Sol and 36 km from Malaga airport.
It is a two storey house with solarium, two terraces and each bedroom is en-suite. The front of the house looks directly
onto the golf course and the community is well kept with gardens, gated and peaceful.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 double bathrooms, one with shower one with hydromasage bath with skylight and
lindow to enjoy the views, plus toilet on the ground floor. It has a very spacious lounge/dining room with two sofas, TV,
and the kitchen is independent, modern, fully equipped including oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and everything
you need for cooking.

The beach is just 5 minutes away by car, with Marbella 35 minutes away and Mijas village with the view, Mayan Monkey
Mijas chocolate factory and the Museo de Carromat, the world´s smallest museum of miniscule items as places of
interest. Ronda, with the valley bridge, shoe shops or wine, and the Caminito del Rey for the more adventurous guests,
this can be your chance to enjoy golf or go sightseeing.
