Summary: The listing photos showed a King Bedroom with a chair with a Living room/Kitchen along with another king bed with a pull out sofa located within that room. At 1100 we received a text message regarding the reservation confirmation. Just after 1200 (check-in at 4pm) I received an email from Suiteness stating that the connecting rooms were no longer available, but they insisted the rooms were the same just not connecting. When I asked about if the rooms had their own kitchen as well as living room they conveniently only answered back that they each had a kitchen. Upon arrival (half of group arrived 30 min early) they were given a room that had a king bed and a pull-out sofa. The sofa was directly in front of the king bed and there was ABSOLUTELY no room whatsoever. You couldn't even walk through the two. There was about 1/3 of the room initially shown in the listing photos. The front desk stated that Suiteness is inaccurately listing the location. They only have 3 connecting rooms in the entire hotel. They very kindly and luckily were able to swap rooms to a more accommodating size, but they still were not connecting and were still much smaller than the original listing photos. BEWARE. I would just book through the hotel instead of VRBO so you can actually get accurate information. No information regarding parking or check-in!
