This space is nested behind a very quiet street with a big living rom, 2 bed room, 1 big kitchen with central HVAC, fenced yard, modern design.
There is a dedicated driveway for parking.

There is 1 dedicated parking spot on the left of the driveway. The other car please park on the street.
There is a backyard but it will be shared with other unit. The neighbor has 2 dogs and they bark sometimes when seeing you in the backyard.
All windows have blind and curtains. We just rolled them up for the pictures.

Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
Same day booking will be notified of the new check in time as it might not be ready at the time you book.

We do not offer streaming services or cable TV. We provide the television, so please feel free to log in to your own streaming service account, and remember to log out when you check out.
While the backyard is accessible, it's important to note that there are aggressive dogs in the neighboring properties, over which we have no control. For your safety and comfort, we do not recommend using the backyard.
This older establishment has undergone renovations and features two units, but it is important to set realistic expectations. While we maintain cleanliness and functionality, the property is not in its prime condition and may not meet high luxury standards.
One notable concern is the neighbors' two German Shepherds, which are quite aggressive and bark frequently. We have tried to address this issue, but it has been challenging to control. As a result, we recommend avoiding the backyard.
However, we believe this property offers a good value for the price. All appliances and amenities are in good working order, and we are diligent about cleaning and maintenance. We are also located in a convenient location, close to the zoo and science museum.
We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.
The weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

-Please add your pet in the reservation (We just allow Dog only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late check out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.

You can have access to this space ( Unit A) with private entrance.

There is a big living room with 50 inches smart TV, dining area and a big kitchen.
You will have dedicated driveway for parking that can park 2 cars. The rest can be on the street.
You also have a fenced yard that you can bring your pets with you during the trip.
The place also provides a working spot and strong wifi if you need to do some work or work from home.
