Relax on the screened lanai of this second floor condo while you watch the local wildlife gather by the lake. Fully furnished and equipped and just waiting for you to enjoy this winter. Queen beds in the master and guest bedrooms, large sectional leather sofa in living room and patio furniture on the screened lanai. The master suite offers a large walk in closet and walk in shower in the bath. Large laundry room with side by side washer/dryer and space for storing your suitcases while you enjoy your stay in The Meadows. Internet and WiFi are included with the rent. The Meadows offers 13+ miles of walking trails that wander through the lush foliage and past golfers playing on any one of the 3 golf courses on the community. Minutes from the new University Town Center Mall, Benderson Rowing Facility, many fine restaurants and of course the beautiful beaches. Sorry no pets per the Condo Association and no smoking. Off season rates are available. Houzlet publishes listings on Vrbo; which in turn, allows tenants to instantly rent seasonal rentals. Houzlet’s properties are managed by licensed real estate agents. Although the property is an instant rental, it’s possible there can be another pending application. If the home is not available, we can offer you another suitable option or you can cancel for free.

The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
