Cottages at Pearl Beach Suite A is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that sleeps 6. This recently renovated vacation rental has a living area with a 55" TV, a dining area, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, free WiFi, and free parking. The kitchen is supplied with all of your appliances (standard coffee maker), pots, pans, plates, utensils necessary to prepare your favorite meal. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and bath with a shower stall. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds and a TV. The side door of this rental opens to a patio with table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. The lamps in the bedrooms have charging ports for your convenience.
Suite A is pet friendly (1 dog with maximum weight of 35 lbs.). There is a non-refundable $100.00 pet fee and a refundable $250.00 pet deposit. Golf cart rentals are allowed on this property. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. This is a family oriented property. Family rentals only. No students or student groups. The minimum age to rent is 25. There are outside security cameras on this property. NO VEHICLES OVER 5 TONS.
