South View is a Stunning south-facing property, with private pool and spectacular sea views within a short walking distance of the beach, shops & restaurants in the old fishing village of Salema.
The property is a large private self-contained annex, with its own entrance, swimming pool and off-street parking. The pool (approx. 8m x 4m) benefits from all day / early evening sun and is typically warmer than average; the terrace is fully equipped with outside furniture & BBQ for al-fresco dining and loungers for sunbathing. The terrace /patio is fully enclosed and secure.
Arranged over 2 floors, the villa is spacious, sunny and tastefully furnished. The first floor is open plan with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors (with insect screen) leading directly to the patio and pool. It benefits from air conditioning that also doubles as a heater in the cooler months of the year.
Stairs lead up to the two lovely furnished bedrooms (with ceiling fans) both with en-suite shower rooms. Both rooms enjoy panoramic sea views; one room has a small balcony with a table and chairs.
Bedroom & Bathroom
Two bedrooms, both with shower enclosures and water closets. The villa sleeps up to 4 people with a twin bedroom and another room that can have either 1 or 2 single beds. Both rooms have insect screens. Downstairs also features a cloakroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units and granite work surfaces, a 4-ring gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster and extensive utensils for cooking.

Location
The location is excellent for beach lovers, walkers and golfers and, for days out, is close to a number of other small villages & popular areas such as Sagres and Luz and for shopping & markets, Lagos. The walk into Salema village / beach takes around 6-7 minutes and due to the incline, about 10 minutes on the way back.
