Beautiful apartment in the area of nuñez right on Libertador. It consists of two bedrooms (each one with their private bathroom). One of them has a queen bed and the other one has a full double bed. Also, in the living room there is a long comfortable couch where another person can sleep. Total people to sleep in the apartment is 4 to be comfortable. There are 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. The condo complex has many services like gym, rec room for private parties, sauna, pool, kids playground and security 24hs. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful city and river view from the 25th floor.
El depto esta situado en Nuñez que es el barrio mas al norte de la Capital Cederal, estas a unas 15 cuadras del estadio monumental (River Plate) y varias lineas de colectivo pasan por la puerta del edificio. Sobre Libertador, en la puerta del complejo tenes las lineas 29 (Que te lleva a Barrancas de Belgrano, Palermo y Plaza Italia), el 130 que va todo derecho por Libertador hasta Retiro, Alem y Paseo Colon (Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo, etc) y el 15 que tambien te lleva por Palermo y Plaza Italia. Frente al edificio tenes un Starbucks, en la esquina hay una estacion Shell y sobre 11 de Septiembre que es la calle trasera hay un mercadito en la esquina en donde podes comprar algo de comer y beber ademas de vegetales. Un muy buen restaurante Parrilla llamado Besares en la esquina de Besares y 11 de Septiembre. Lo recomiendo.
