This two bedroom, one and 1/2 bath townhouse unit with almost 1,100 square feet is the perfect place for your St. Simons Island vacation. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings, hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The owners have made some fabulous renovations. Seating for six with plenty of room in the dining room.
Needing to get work done? There is a dedicated workspace for remote working.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with queen beds await you and the full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in-between. The sofa downstairs is a sleeper sofa if you need the maximum occupancy of six. Enjoy the large outside deck and green space for killing time on those lazy summer days.
At Coral Cottage, we have an outdoor shed where you will find the following items: 2 adult bikes with locks, beach chairs, pool noodles and kids toys! This property has additional amenities such as beach towels, electric blender, electric kettle and electric whisk.
At Gascoigne Condominiums, you will be near the beach, biking trails, the Pier and village area and this location has an easy on/off island location.
When returning from the beach enjoy the outside private shower and when you are not at the beach enjoy the community pool at the Gascoigne complex.
