If you're looking for a rental property that is convenient to the village and can accommodate your group or family with all the amenities of home you've come to the right place! The entire property compound has two other buildings with accommodations (a 1 bed/1 bath Upper unit with a 2 bed/2 bath lower unit in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house. All buildings combined, (4 units, 3 buildings) will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). 1 mile to Downtown Village Center & Lake. ***Please note- The Village of Skaneateles disallowed all short-term vacation rentals in 2015. This is one of the closest properties located in the township where you can still walk to the village. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. (95% of this walk is on the sidewalk)
