Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 1 BR 1.5 Bath Cottage on the Shinnecock Bay in Hampton Bay. The cottage is located on a private dead end street on a waterfront lot. Please note the cottage is set back from the water with the main house being directly on the water. The cottage enjoys water views and great bay front breezes. It's located 2 mi to downtown Hampton Bays (has a LIRR train stop) and a 7 min drive to gorgeous Ponquogue Beach. The cottage was built in 2016. We just bought the house so it’s newly furnished with brand new furniture. Pets upon approval.
