Positive: 17 John ia the perfect place to stay while visiting NY. Location is amazing with easy access to retail, dining, transport and markets. The room is spacious, clean and the kitchen is well appointed for a short stay. It would have been even better if there was a toaster. The Bathroom is roomy, very clean, great hot water and has quality shower products. The guest laundry is a bonus and so convenient. 4 new washers and driers are available for guests with laundry detergent provided. Minor issues that we notified management about were dealt with promptly and with a smile! 17 John is like a little home away from home! We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: If I'm being picky, I'd say the hair drier was pretty old and inefficient. There were a few minor issues but nothing that would impact your stay. A great place overall. .
