Summary: It’s obvious that the owners of this property invested in the furnishings of this property but the lack of maintenance is evident from the moment you walk through the house. From broken fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms to broken kitchen cabinets, broken furniture, visibly torn leather in the family room couch, pool table sticks broken and the list goes on. Unfortunately upon arrival the pool was very dirty and one of my guests sliced their foot on Glass inside the hot tub. The property was cleaned as I arrived as the cleaning lady was finishing but her attention to detail was obvious. We found loose garbage items in the garbage can underneath the trash bag, Cheetos on the couch, hair in the sink, the floor and surfaces were sticky. Definitely bring your pillows because this house doesn’t have any. Each room has either two throw pillows or two sham pillows. It’s a shame because this house has a great configuration and lots of space but for the price I would expect the house to be well maintained. If maintained this house would definitely be 5 stars but in its current condition I can only give it 3 stars.
