Atop the magnificent Baja Peninsula, the private gated beach and golf community of Montecristo Estates offers the discerning vacationer on-site shopping, fantastic dining, challenging golf (a newly completed Jack Nicklaus/Quivira 18 hole golf course) and recreational opportunities. Dramatically and creatively carved into the mountainside, these private villas are landscaped and manicured to perfection, with stunning vistas, a private clubhouse and community center and miles of private beaches for fun and relaxation in the warm Mexican sun.
This is a very luxurious two-story Hacienda-Style, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split-level villa. The villa has its own private infinity swimming pool, carport, Weber Gas Grill, indoor Jacuzzi, outdoor hot tub for eight (to 10) and much more.
The entrance courtyard has a beautiful water fountain and opens into a living room with fireplace and an entertainment center with TV, DVD and stereo. The Villa is finished in marble, granite and solid mahogany woodwork. An ultra-modern kitchen has a refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove with oven, (all cooking accessories and utensils are supplied). The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and beautifully appointed with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. There is also an outdoor dining table beyond the dining room sliding glass doors.
Sleeping arrangements include two master bedroom suites with king size beds, private baths and dressing areas, one master bedroom suite with two queen size beds, private bath and dressing area, a sofa-bed for two in the downstairs lounge, (and a sofa for a child in the upstairs lounge if necessary). All linens are provided with daily maid service.
Additional Amenities:
If you do not have your own car, you will also be provided with a free shuttle service (on the hour) to and from Medano Beach, and have full access to the Pueblo Bonito Blanco and Pueblo Bonito Rose resorts. You have the ability to charge expenses from all Pueblo Bonito resorts to your villa at Montecristo.
If you enjoy walking, the two close resorts, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach (family) and Pacifica (adults only/ feng shui style ) are walking distance away. Otherwise a cart will come to your Villa and transport you.
