Pelican Landing located West of US41, convenient to lots of shopping, dining & retail options. Amenities include: A watercraft shuttle which provides transportation to and from beach park from Coconut Point seven days a week. You will have access to the State-of-the-art fitness center, Pickleball, Bocce & 12 Tennis Courts. There is a private beach park, butterfly garden and sailing center. The owner has provided 3 bicycles for your use and enjoyment during your stay.
