Walk-in or sit down shower in a new clean tiled bath and the bedroom with queen sized bed. Outdoor patio and private parking area for 2 vehicles. 7 Oaks RV Travel Park is a 50YO+ quiet, secluded park with heated pool, air conditioned recreation hall and planned community activities with free WiFi. Animal friendly park. Furnishings include bed linens, bath towels, all kitchen utensils and cookware and small kitchen appliances. Living room couches are new, covered to keep them nice for our next tenants.
