Under the Tuscan Sun Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Reminiscent of an Italian manor, Under the Tuscan Sun will leave you amazed. This tri-level palace boasts every nicety, extra and upgrade that one could desire. Not to mention that it enjoys private beach access as part of the distinguished Avalon beach estates. It immediately stands out- towering over Destin with a columned stucco exterior. A pleasant gated courtyard and private walled pool deck with a waterfall welcome you into plush surroundings. Unique and wildly popular stained concrete floors guide you through comfortable bedrooms with palm tree decors. And the first level features a movie room with a plasma T.V and a bar with chilled wine racks. An open kitchen of stainless steel, granite, and chocolate washed cabinets extends out to designer suede couches and dining for 17. Large windows let sunlight flood the room, and a furnished balcony with a grill makes entertaining guests so enjoyable. Home has colossal master suite with private balcony. A granite bar with yet another chilled wine rack lets you enjoy a glass of your favorite wine as you watch the sunset. Walls the shade of the sky on a summery day and warm carved wood furnishings instantly calm you. The bathroom is also stunning with his and her vanities, a glass walk in shower and travertine tile throughout. And the Jacuzzi tub is spectacular, surrounded by columns and a picture window overlooking Destin’s lovely tree line. You’ll also feel comfortable with necessities like a full laundry room, a two car garage and comfortable beds. It’s just like the home you always dreamed of. During Spring and Summer this home requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Any other time we require a 4-night minimum stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring doorbell.
There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator. Included in your total is a fee charged for the use of the elevator.
This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

Summary: I actually didn’t know what to expect when we got to Under the Tuscan Sun but this house was fabulous, location was amazing, a tiny walk around the corner to private beach access with chair/umbrella rental waiting as you walk into the beach area. The house was as described but sleeping arrangement was even better than I thought, the pull out couch wasn’t the living room couch it was in a private area on first floor so no one had to sleep in the family room area. We had 18 in our party, each room has a bathroom attached to it. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our large family. Check in and out super simple as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in Miramar.
