Positive: The views were stunning, so close to the water. Beautiful house. Great to have two bathrooms, one on each floor.
Negative: Sorry for this part of my review - we actually really enjoyed our stay as we could adapt to the issues below. Our group was a couple and an elderly, infirm mother. It is not a 2-bedroom house as stated in its description. There is one bedroom downstairs, and the upper floor is basically an open-plan LDK with 2 klick-klick sofas, one not working, and what seems like a loft area above the kitchen accessible by precarious stepladder. The 2nd floor could do with more blinds to reduce the ‘greenhouse’ effect of all the windows as it’s south/west facing. One of the air conditioners wasn’t in operation. A few more serving-type bowls and dishes would help - the kitchen is just about well-equipped, not generous. It’d be useful to notify future guests that the stairs to the main floor are very steep, as seen in the photo offered, and inaccessible to many, and that the computer check-in system isn’t user-friendly for the average tablet user. One absolutely requires a car for the area - very few places to eat and nothing in walking distance.
Summary: It is a great place for couples, 2 couples max or a family of 4.
